Who Are We?

Fareast Habitat & Settlements, Inc. is a real estate management and advisory company helping clients buy and lease or rent a property in the Philippines. The company was founded by our two local partners in 2011 after fourteen years working for developers, brokerage firms and international property management companies throughout the Philippines. In 2012 they were joined by two senior executives from multinational corporations with the intention to grow the business and improve business processes to enhance responsiveness to clients.

What Do We Do?

We introduce buyers and sellers of all types of real estate from residential condominiums, house and lot, to commercial office space and industrial factory or warehouse units. We are selective about properties we choose to market based on their location, track record of the developer/owner and the best value in the market.

We also offer a property search service to find clients a selection of properties meeting their requirements from which they can choose, often properties which are not yet on the market.

We service clients who are seeking their own dream home, private and institutional investors looking for buy to let property in the residential sector and businesses looking for commercial or industrial real estate.

What Can We Do For You?

We have developed schemes to show investors how they can double their investment returns in real estate in three years and can offer advice on financing to save buyers between 40% and 60% on their financing payments compared to prevailing local market rates and developers’ in–house financing.
